Michael de Waal

      Mike de Waal is an entrepreneur, lecturer, and Managing Director of MD Benefits Inc. an employee benefits consulting firm, founding partner in the ABC Benefits Group a North American based consulting company and founder and President of Global IQX Inc, a firm which offers sale (service) automation software for the insurance industry. He is on the Editorial Board of Benefits Briefly a monthly employee benefit news and information magazine for benefit managers , finance directors & HR professionals and also has a monthly column in the De Nederlandse Courant.

      Mike also serves as a Director for various other companies, charities, clubs and associations. When he is not in a meeting, you may find him on one of his horses hitting the ball on the polo field instructing one of his three daughters.
